Some Common Pricing Questions?

1. How does the 30-day free trial work?

After you sign up for your trial, you get an email with access to your account in about 3 to 5 business days. If you have many locations it might take longer for us to set up. You’ll have access to our Professional Plan features for 30 days. If you want to try a different plan, just email support@spamonitor.com.

2. What happens at the end of my trial?

We’ll give you a call and you can choose one of our three plans. You can pay monthly by credit card at that time. Your trial account will become your permanent one (all of your customizations and data remain intact). If you decided not to move forward at the end of your trial, you will no longer have access to your account.

3. Is the trial really free?

You betcha!! There is no risk, no obligation or strings attached and no credit card required.

4. Who owns my data?

You do! It’s your data :-) You can export all of your information at any time, no matter what plan you choose.

5. Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

Nope, we don’t have any contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month.

6. Do you provide volume discounts for large spas?

Of course, we are always happy to work with larger spas on volume pricing. Please email us at sales@spamonitor.com for more information.

7. Do you provide discounts for yearly plans?
